We ship all products (with the exception of custom shoes) within three days of you placing your order. Custom shoes take longer because…well, they’re custom! If you need your shoes in a rush, please email me at info@giftsandspoils.com and I’ll see what I can do for you.

Returns and refunds

Please email me as soon as possible if you want a refund or an exchange. Returns must be made within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you live internationally I’m happy to discuss options with you, as I know international shipping times may take you over the 14 days.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused
  • be in the same condition that you received it
  • be in the original packaging
  • include proof of purchase.

There are no returns or refunds available on custom shoes. 

Refund process

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item, whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time (how long it takes the payment to reach your account) is out of our control but is usually a couple of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you are expecting a refund and think you haven’t received it, first double check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@giftsandspoils.com – we may require photographic proof that an item was defective or damaged and may require it be returned to us at your own expense.
